Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply when you use erindu.com or engage Erindu Tech for services. By using our site or signing a proposal or statement of work, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Services

Erindu provides web development, branding, marketing, ERP, payment gateway integration, and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal, contract, or statement of work. We may use subcontractors who remain bound by confidentiality.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and content you provide. You must have rights to materials you supply and must not use our services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe terms or law are violated.

Fees & payment

Project fees are as quoted in your agreement. Payment gateway and merchant services may include separate platform fees documented in our Payment Services Terms. Late payments may pause work. Taxes and third-party gateway charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for custom work, agreed deliverables transfer to you as specified in your contract. Erindu retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how. Our name, logo, and marketing materials remain our property. Portfolio use may be shown unless you opt out in writing.

Liability

Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, Erindu is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement per the contract. You pay for work completed and non-refundable third-party costs. Provisions on confidentiality, payment, and liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith; courts in Dubai, U.A.E may have jurisdiction unless your signed contract states otherwise.
